Column: Asahipak ODP- 50, 4 x 125 mm, 5 µm, (P/N: 79923OP-564)
Mobile phase: Water/acetonitrile, 86/14% + modifier (P/N: 5062-2480)
adjusted to pH 8.6 with carbonate free NaOH Sample: 15 µL, 250 - 500 µg/mL each compound
Flow rate: 1.5 mL/min Column: ZORBAX 300SB- C18, 4.6 x 150 mm, 5 µm, (P/N: 883995- 902)
Temperature: 40°C Mobile phase: A = H2O with 0.1% TFA to pH 3 with TEA
Detection: 266 nm B = ACN with 0.085% TF A
Gradient: 5- 60% in 20 min., Wash, 95%B for 2 min.
Flow rate: 1.5 mL/min
Temperature: 60°C
Detection: UV 233 nm
