RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Process control and monitoring the parameters for good quality control and equipment
safety.
 Preparing SOP’s and SOC’s for safety operation of process and equipment.
 Arranging training section to supervisors and operators on regularly basis.
 Material inventory management and waste management.
 Managing project activities from core stage to commissioning stage.
 Reviewing drawings, layouts, technical specifications, Bill of Material & cost estimation.
 Project detailing and development of plot layout.
 To assist the project manager in the civil and commissioning works at site.
 Documentation including raw material, intermediates and product quantity calculation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Reporting to the Plant General Manager.
 Shift In Charge for production, planning process, trouble shooting and process control for
achieving production targets of company and Managing the shift activity of operator
Workforce.
 Documentation including raw material, intermediates and product quantity calculation.
 Make sure that the process is under control and the products meet the requirements.
 Coordination with maintenance department for maintenance activity in plant.
 Collect data from laboratories and assist in process trouble shooting as instructed by Plant
Manager.
DETAILS OF EQUIPMENTS:
 DCS - Tata Honeywell TDC-2000.
 Reactors – CSTR, BATCH and PFR.
 Binary Bubble cap Distillation Column and packed bed scrubber.
 Double pipe, Shell and tube, Fin and Plate type heat exchangers.
 Pumps ( Centrifugal, Reciprocating, Screw, Gear Pumps etc)
 5 no. of Heaters supplying continuous heat using Santotherm-66 as Heat Transfer Media.
 Vacuum system consists of 3 stage Ejector and liquid ring vacuum pump for poly
condensation.
 Evaporators to vaporize Dowtherm-VP for jacket heating of reactors (4no.).
 Dryer, blowers, Centrifuges and pearl mill etc.
