Jazz Band Performance 
Saturday, October 13, 2018 | 3014 Capps St, San Diego CA 92104.  

Agenda
● 10:45 am - Call time for Jazz Band. You do not have to be in your uniforms yet, you have time to 
change into them later. You will be setting up fronts and your instruments. NO PLAYING at this 
time. I will give out detentions for not following directions. 
● 11:00 am - Be in your seats, ready to warm up and run through a few tunes. (You may begin 
playing once your section has set up everything you need.) 
● 11:40 am - Short break 
● 11:55 am - Back in your seats ready to play! 
● 12:00 pm - Performance time! 
● 12:45 pm - DONE PERFORMING; BREAK DOWN EVERYTHING! TAKE EVERYTHING 
HOME! 
● 1:15 pm - Dismissed once everything is loaded on the truck. Do NOT leave anything at St. 
Patrick’s. 

Pertinent Information 
● Attire - Pep Band Uniform (Purple Converse/Vans, Band Polo Shirt) 
● If you need any of the following items you MUST bring them or load it into the truck 
○ Amps (Guitar, Piano, Bass -- YOU NEED THIS) 
○ Cords - I’d prefer if we brought our own and took home our own 
○ Keyboard - The one in the giant case (Bring all cables/pedals/stands for this) 
○ Drum set 
○ Vibraphone - Bring all mallets that you will need 
○ Fronts 
○ Wooden clips/Plastic windshields 
○ Your own instruments 
○ Your music 
● Cases must be stored in the band truck or in a backstage area. 
● Everyone must help load the drum set into the truck!
