    Theme: Building Design Quality and External Appearance Description:
    Place: Eastwood City Eastwood City is a high density commercial and

    the buildings here are composed of luxurious
    residential condominiums.

    Description: Theme: Character, Image and Response to context


    Every commercial zone in Eastwood City, have their Place: Eastwood City
    own character and image. Like for this photo, this Time: Around 3:00 pm– 4:00 pm
    commercial food chain have a good planning
    considering its high density district surrounding.
    Theme: Mixed-use and Density and Diversity Description:
    Place: Eastwood City Eastwood City is not only promoting a highly
    Time: Around 4:00 pm- 5:00 pm commercialized district, it is also promoting exclusive
    residential zone. Green Meadows is an exclusive
    subdivision, mostly who lives here are rich business
    people.

    Theme: Sustainability and Eco-design Description:


    Place: Eastwood City Buildings here always considered the people, that’s
    Time: Around 4:00 pm- 5:00 pm why they have large walkways and plazas. They always
    corporate trees for the ambiance of the place since
    mostly of the modernized district are lacking of natural
    vegetation’s in surrounding.
    Theme: Movement linkages, Permeability Description:
    and accessibility Buildings here in Cubao considered the accessibility
    Place: Gateway of every user to the other Malls. That’s why most of
    Time: Around 12:00 pm- 1:00 pm commercial Buildings or malls have a bridge
    connecting to other near malls. They also have large
    walkways and have a good landscape.

    Theme: Adaptability and flexibility Description:


    Place: Around Cubao Buildings here considered how buildings are strong
    Time: Around 12:00 pm- 1:30 pm and flexible. Buildings here can deliberately
    providing as many future decision opportunities as
    possible.
    Theme: Sustainability and eco-design
    Place: Around Cubao
    Time: Around 12:00 pm- 2:10 pm

    Description:
    Cubao also have large walkways and plazas and Food
    Park. They have a good landscape for the good flow
    and circulation of the people who will visit in the said
    place, having more trees for the good ambiance of
    the place.

    Description:
    Cubao is a commercial state owned by
    Araneta family that located at the South
    of Diliman. Most of the buildings here
    are Inspired by Postmodern
    Architecture.
