create any other object before RNC creation.

• The logical object of the WCDMA Cell is created to define the configuration of the
WCDMA Node B site. In 1 RNC database there can be 2800 WCELs (or 4800 due to

AdjdScrCode (Primary Scrambling Code) When the SHO based on the Detected Set Reporting feature (optional) is enabled in
AdjdTxDiv (Tx Diversity Indicator) the RNC, the parameter can have the following values:
0: DSR is not allowed.
