provide strategic planning, portfolio analysis, budget and schedule development, permit
planning, project team selection and management, site-work and utility coordination,
and comprehensive guidance and review. For added value we oversee coordination with
a variety of stakeholders which may include Private Equity, Corporate Advisory firms and
Government departments.
