Family is the single most important influence in a child's life. From their first moments of life, children
depend on parents and family to protect them and provide for their needs. Parents and family form a
child's first relationships. They are a child's first teachers and act as role models in how to act and how
to experience the world around them. By nurturing and teaching children during their early years,
families play an important role in making sure children are ready to learn when they enter school.
Children thrive when parents are able to actively promote their positive growth and development. Every
parent knows that it's sometimes difficult to do this important work without help, support, and
additional resources. A family is the first school in which a child receives the basic values of life. He
learns good manners in the family. The morals and values learnt in family become our guiding force.
They make our character. They lay the foundation of our thinking. I feel fortunate to be born in a family
where values are inculcated in early childhood. My family is made up of a bunch of one-of-a-kind
people. They are happy, joyful people, they are successful, but they are also rooted in humility and
gratitude. For me my family is one of the gifts that God given to me It is really important for me because
i feel comfortable and happy with them and i feel that I'm safe when I was in their sides. I believe in my
family. I believe in the strength they give me and the love that I have for them. I do not know what I
would be without them and I believe that whole heartedly. My family are very happy because each
members contributes love .In my family my father is the one who work for us to have a good education
,to have the things that we need in our everyday life and also for our allowances. My mother is
responsible for taking care of us, giving more time to bond and also supporting us. I have two brothers
and I'am the youngest among of them. I am responsible for doing some house chores .I also help my
mother for some of the house chores. My second brother also help me for some of chores .We are
alternating for washing the dishes and cooking rice. But sometimes we are arguing for doing some house
chores because we like that if someone are cleaning or doing some of house chores each of us believe
the other must do their part, It's because we like to have some equality for all the things .But even we
are arguing sometimes, I must say that we have a unity because sometimes we have a the same idea for
doing some things. I must also say that we love each other..And each of us have a own ways to express
our love to each member.

My name is Hassan and I am currently studying in university of engineering & technology taxila. After my
graduation I plan to appear in the civil superior services (CSS) exam. Appearing in CSS has always my my
life long dream. I have always seen through the problems that our country faces & the most
troublesome of these problems is lack of management in the government sector. I hope to become a
part of the government by passing my CSS exams & work towards the betterment of this beautiful
country.
No beggar goes unattended from our house. He is given alms in the shape of food or fruit and not
money. Everyone of the elders. None of us dares be insolent. Everybody adjusts as he is expected to do.
There is cooperation and unity in our family. I have learnt the lesson of sympathy love and civic sense. In
a way my family is the first school of civic sense for me and my brothers. Once in a week, all the
members sit together and talk about certain things concerning the house and life in general.
My father express his love by working hard for us and to give some things that we like. Sometimes if
there still have time he spent his time to us..We are talking about his life when he was young .Specially
when we are eating we are always talking and talking gain about their life when they are young .Even we
talk it in a several times we still enjoy it because it is our favorite pass time. My oldest brother express
his love to us by giving some gifts specially when one of us is celebrating a birthday and my second
brother also show his love like the way that my oldest brother express it. If we talk about talent ,each of
us have a talent. We have a talent in singing and we love music. We feel comfortable and we forgot our
problem s when we are listening into the music .My second brother have a talent in fixing broken things
lying around in the house and making them work again. But I myself do not have any strong affinity to
do the same. My father and mother also loves to cook and I love it to. That are some evidence that a
family have a similarities in characteristics ,personalities and abilities. I will also say that our family are
not always happy because of some problem we our facing. I have notice that if we have some big
problems they were all irritated and sad that you can not draw their faces and you can not even talk to
them. So sometimes I got irritated and sad also. They are all quite and sitting in the chairs and thinking
so very deep. If someone see this situation I think they got mad also. But I always do something to make
them happy and calm. I entertain them telling a pass stories that happened to us that is very memorable
and make us laugh .We know that God doesn't give us a problem that can not be solved. We always pray
and think positive to all of our problem and we know that we can pass our problems by helping each
other to solve it. I know that there is no perfect life, because in our life we always meet the struggles but
all we have to do is to stand and fight and do all of our best and we can do it. But after that many
problems there always more blessing to come so we must enjoy our life and take it easy. Be happy that
our family is whole.. I will say that family have many roles in our life, because of them we are not afraid
to face some thing that might be happen to us , they give us energy and more power and make our
world more colorful and meaningful.
Importance of Family:
Family is where we all belong to and from where our identity comes from. A person is valued based on
his family and upbringing.
We all belong to a family and it is our family that keeps us together through thick and thin. Without
having a family, no person is complete and the completeness comes with good family bonding.
Now what is a family? By just saying that you live with your family does not hold any values to being a
part of the family. Four or five persons living under one roof does not become a family.
Family is a bond, a long lasting relationship that holds a bond with each other. It all forms when man and
women become one and from there a family is born. There are many values that one has to learn to get
the family bonding in the right manner. Bonding does not happen overnight. It forms with every second,
every minute that you spend with your loved ones. The understanding, the acceptance, the belonging
and the security all enclosed together is how a family bond is formed.
A close family bond is like a safe harbour, where we feel secure and where we trust that we have
someone always there to whom we could turn to when we need them the most. This bonding helps to
build a trust and hope that, no matter what, we have people to be with us in our toughest times. It is
through a family that we learn the values of love, trust, hope, belief, cultures, morals, traditions and
every little matter that concerns to us. A strong foundation for any individual comes from being with a
supportive family.
Being part of a blessed family is one among the greatest gifts that we get in life. In fact the first gift that
we get from God. To have parents, who support us, teach us values in life, and gives us a strong
foundation in character, teach us the importance of love and being loved, trust to be there for one
another and many other morals that could be obtained only from a family. A gift not only with lovable
parents, but siblings who care and love us beyond themselves. We cannot buy or demand all these
things in life, as we are being given to understand their importance.
Not having a strong family base, may end up in troubles only. A child who does not feel loved or cared,
will always turn to ways where he would find them and it may at times lead him in the wrong path. Even
at that point, there is no one to correct him and guide him. The absence of a family is like vacuum, there
is nothing that could fill it.
To be part of a happy family, one should always thank God for the blessing we have in lives, as having a
family who cares and loves us is the greatest blessing that any person could get in life. When we see
broken families for reasons of their own, we should always remind ourselves, how lucky we are to be a
part of a family that has been and will be with us all through our lives.
Conclusion:
The family system is the most conspicuous bond in the social scheme of things. This bond ties people to
each other with invisible strings of love and care, each one bonded to all others in his/her entirety. The
family that consists of the elder’s brothers, sisters and children are all bound to each other no matter
how far away they may be from each other physically.
The family is the inspiration of each individual member and, above all, it is the objective for which each
individual member lives and works. The encouragement from the family helps one to achieve marathon
goals, and it is the family only that, at time forces a person to adopt the wrong path. Thus the family is
of so much importance to every member that, its bonds are in reality responsible for whatever each
member achieves or loses. The family is as if the backbone on which the bodies of the individuals in it
stand.
It is the family that acts as a booster for each one in it and, it is the same family that at times becomes a
stumbling block in the growth of an individual in it. This is because the bonds of love are too great to be
set apart and as we often hear that love is blind. It is this same blind love of the family that may at times
prove to be a hindrance to growth.
For example, a child in the family may be brilliant in studies but the extreme and blind love of the
parents wants to see him as the next Wasim Akram. They, in trying to fulfill their ambition may try to
impose their desire on the child and he, in the bargain loses track of studies. At the same time since he
has no inclination for cricket, he does not manage to achieve anything in that sphere also.
Thus, due to the unquestioned love and bond of the family, the child loses out on both fronts. He is
unable to become Wasim Akram and neither has he been able to keep pace with his studies. In this way,
the bonds of the family prove to be disastrous also. At the same time, with the backing and support of
the family, a child can work wonders as, it is here he gets all the encouragement and back up support.
Besides being a support for the children of a family it has often been heard that, behind every successful
man, there is a woman. This again goes to show how much the backing of a good co-operative wife
helps the man also to grow in his career. Thus it is seen that the family bonds play a very prominent part
in making or breaking each member of the family. It is from broken homes that, drug addicts, juvenile
criminals are also created, so much is the importance of the bonds of a family.
So much for parents and children in a family. Even grandparents have an intrinsic role to play in the
growth of the individuals. If the children play and have fun with grandparents, they develop a liking for
elders, and they learn to respect elders. Once they see their parents behaving well with the
grandparents they also learn how to behave with elders. This presence of elders in a family makes the
bonds still more pleasant and more lasting.
Like everything else, bonds of a family also have their advantages and disadvantages. However, the
disadvantages are so minuscule that, the prominent advantages overpower them and the essence of
family life and its bonds appear to be just worth it. Where there is a family to fall back upon, even hard
times of misfortune, it becomes easier to bear and this is just what family bonds is all about. These
bonds are so strong that, no power can break them or destroy them. It is however great luck to get the
fortune of a fully blooming family with all its bonds in place.
