    ENVIRONMENTAL Policy

    Date: 15th April 2018

    The Offshore Engineering LLP Company is a Global Engineering and EPC Company fully Committed to
    the Protection and enhancement of the environment. High Environmental Performance is an
    Ongoing Priority to be achieved by adhering to this Environmental Policy which is operated in
    conjunction with The Offshore Engineering LLP Sustainable Development and Energy Policies.

    This will be delivered by implementing and maintaining an Environmental Management System in


    Compliance with ISO14001 that applies to services provided by its permanent offices and to its
    construction and production facilities.

    It is the objective of the company to: -

    • Continually Strive for improvement in Environmental performance, Products, and services.


    • Comply with environmental legislation and other applicable environmental requirements
    relevant to its activities, products, and services and regularly evaluate its compliances with
    such requirements.
    • Proactively pursue the minimization of environmental impacts associated with its activities,
    products, and services.
    • Endeavor to eliminate the production of polluting emissions or discharges into the
    environment.
    • Take Proactive measures to reduce waste and minimize the consumption of resources.
    • Take Proactive measures to protect preserve wildlife/ flora and their natural habitats.
    • Set objectives, targets, and programmes, and review and revise them regularly with the aim
    of continual improvement in environmental performance.
    • Educate, train and motivate employees to carry out tasks in an environmentally responsible
    manner.
    • Continual Improvement of the Environmental Management System by ensuring the risks and
    opportunities that can affect our environmental objectives and the ability to enhance
    ecological Performance.
    • Top Management is fully committed and involved to ensure our Environmental
    Management Systems continuing suitability adequacy effectiveness and alignment with the
    context and strategies and the strategic direction of TOELLP.

    These Objectives shall be achieved through Companies Integrated Management System by which
    complies with ISO 14001:2015. TOELLP shall participate in open communication with interested
    parties and ensure effective communication of this Environmental Policy to all those working for and
    the public on behalf of the business. Environmental Protection is an integral part of our
    Management like other functions.
