Ringkasan/Abstrak
In this lab to discuss the transistor as a switch. Basically the working principle of a trasistor as a switch is to take
advantage of saturation and cut-off conditions of a transistor, where these two conditions can be obtained by
setting the amount of current through the transistor base.Tansistor As a Switch containing FET transistors, BJTs,
and two FET transistors that make CMOS. Using 3 multimeters, praktikan can understand and observe transistor
characteristics as switches when thecharacteristics show the movement of the working point. By varying the
circuit conditions, such as the voltage that will be like opening or closing switches, then praktikan can
understand the data on the curve that can produce some conclusions. Also, try practicing this transistor circuit
usingan oscilloscope to observe how the circuit curve when given a certain input voltage.
