Q1: What kind of information and services does the Web site
provide for individuals, small businesses, and large
businesses? List these services.
The UPS offers many various services for the customers because their mission is “the best
service and lower rate” For example:

Web site provided special software program like “DIAD” is one of the biggest efficient
services. It will be show you package tracking information, and option for the language.
Web-based Post- Sales Order Management System: Global time-critical services, advanced
equipment, professional communications, and good tracking

Q3: Explain how the Web site helps UPS achieve some or all
of the strategic business objectives we described earlier in
this chapter. What would be the impact on UPS's business if
this Web site were not available?

not available?
It could be a big trouble for UPS. These are the following things that will happen on UPS :-

 Customer loyalty will decrease due to inefficient deliveries.
 Their company image will get ruined.

 They will lose customers to their competitors
