Task Hazard control


Securing all moving objects during
Foot injury transportation.
Wearing closed-toe shoes.
Transporting the ROV
Wearing gloves and making sure you are
Hand or finger injury
holding the objects tightly
Wearing non-slip shoes
Beware of the tether position
Pre-launch Slip/Trip/Falls
Don’t run in the station
Sharp objects Cuts Always use gloves and safety goggles
Picking heavy objects with lowering your
back to prevent spinal disc injury
Launch and retrieval of ROV
Back injury Lifting heavy objects with the help of
others
 Checking the voltage reading that shows
Power supply Over voltage

Pneumatic system
Max pressure under water  Using a regulator at 2.75bar
 Keeping the box turned off until in use
Control box Wet weather
 Using sun shade to avoid rain
