    Here are things to remember for your child’s promotion:


    COST: $25.00 plus 10% per adult. $12.00 plus 10% per child (6yrs –
    11yrs)
    PAYMENTS ARE NOW BEING ACCEPTED UP UNTIL MAY 6, 2019
    Venue will be at Hyatt Hotel Grand Ballroom, May 17, 2019
    Arrival time for students at Hyatt: no later than 8:30am
    Ceremony time: 9:00am-11:30am
    Students’ lunch will be paid for by 5th grade funds. GUESTS’ MUST PUR-
    CHASE THEIR MEALS.
    Parents/Guardians MUST be present throughout the entire ceremony.
    Transportation will not be provided.
    ATTIRE: BLACK AND WHITE
    ~ Girls: If wearing spaghetti strap dress/blouse, wear a jacket or blazer as a
    cover. No low tops. Dresses/Skirts must be knee-length or longer. NO JEANS.

    ~ Boys: Dressy pants (slacks) and button up shirt. NO JEANS. NO T-SHIRTS.

    ~Closed toe shoes. No slippers/flip flops. No high heels.


    ~Surveys were distributed to confirm your attendance.

    2) Mother’s Day raffle:


    Each ticket will cost $1.00 and each student will receive 5 tickets to sell.
    Raffle drawing will take place on Friday, May 10, 2019 in the 5th grade quad
    during lunch recess.
    List of prizes will be forthcoming.
    And, to the families who have continually been supporting their child’s fundrais-
    ing efforts, we give you a BIG, BIG THANK YOU!!
