    Sir,

    We are pleased to inform you that we have decided to award to your firm to start for mobilize the
    MULTI-PURPOSE COMMERCIAL BUILDING located at Brgy,. 8, Laoag City based on our itemized
    costing stipulated in the attached quotation submitted to LEGENDARY COMPANY by MYTHIC
    BUILDERS INC.
    The works shall be completed within 600 calendar days upon receipt of 40% Down payments by
    MYTHIC BUILDERS INC.

    Awarded Contract Amount


    The Awarded Contract Amount shall be Php. 100,000,000.00 having mode of payment: 40% Down
    Payments and 20% Upon completion of concreting, 10% Upon completion of finishing works, 10%
    upon installation of equipment, 10% upon startup,10% Retention Upon completion. Scope shall be to
    complete the works stipulated in the quotation including supervision and profit hence, shall not be
    subject to price escalation due to fluctuation in labor costs.
    This document will serve as Contract Agreement between LEGENDARY COMPANY and by MYTHIC
    BUILDERS, INC.,. and also as Notice To Proceed (N T P) effective upon receipt and acceptance hereof.
    Kindly signify your acceptance and agreement by affixing your signature on the space provided herein
    below.
