Dear Sir,
We are very thankful for the opportunity you have provided to study your requirement and
submit herewith our proposal for Robotic Grinding of Door seam weld
Sixth Sense Robotics And Automations Pvt Ltd, herein after referred as Sixth Sense Robotics can
change without notice, make any change in Sixth Sense Robotics And Automations Pvt Ltd ‘s own
discretion. Any contract to sell the subject matter of the proposal shall be subject to prior mutual
agreement , schedule, scope of work and terms.
1. Introduction
Sixth Sense Robotics is uniquely qualified to provide the integrated Robotic Automation Systems and
Services for Customer's automation system program. Sixth Sense Robotics has numerous successful
application experiences in the field of Factory Automations.
The information and descriptions in this proposal are provided to define SSR’s approach to developing
a clear Customer understanding of SSR's products and services to satisfy Customer's requested
automation needs. Based on the information provided, Sixth Sense Robotics meet the requirements of
Customer's robotic application, and has proposed the best solution available from both functional and
economic standpoint.

Sixth Sense Robotics will set up the AUTOMATIC SHUFFLE STACKING OF RING VARIANT A &B

6.Operation and Process
1.The Ring variant A are placed in the right side bin and ring variant B are placed at left side bin
3. The program is selected thru HMI operating panel based on the ring variant
4.The Scara Robot pick- up Ring A from right side bin and places on the output bin
5.After the right placement , robot pick up Ring B from left side bin and places over the front bin (output)
6.Based on the stacking quantity the robot shuffles the rings from right and left bins on to the front bin.
7.The pick up position from right and left are monitored by the vision camera
9.There is also Light curtain so as to avoid the worker getting into robot envelope
13.The Load Cell monitors the double sheet pick up , if any double sheet detected , it gets quarantined
