Key-Responsibilities:
 Responsible for the Field Operations of Gas Turbines, Steam Turbo-generators,Hrsg-
boiler along with the Bop system.
 Monitoring of plant process parameter along with Start-up & Shut down of Gas Turbine,

 Equipment Details: Boiler of BHEL make 2*220 TPH operating pressure 110 Kg/Cm2,
temp 515°with single drum natural circulation utility boiler.
 HRSG Boilers of BHEL make 4*110 TPH operating pressure 111kg/cm2, temp 515°with
single pressure and supplementary firing along with water pre-heater.
 2×30 Steam Turbine of BHEL make with controlled extractions.
 4X33.7MW Gas Turbines of BHEL make with MARK-6e controller.

Key-Responsibilities:
 Handling the start-up/shut-down and emergency activities of Gas turbines, Hrsg/Utility
boilers, steam turbines and their auxiliary equipments as per the sop.
 Preparing daily-logs, work requests, safety issues and other reports in the required
format.
 Change over of the stand by equipments as per the schedule by co-ordinating with the
panel engineer.
 Isolating the equipments as per the sop for carrying out the maintenance activities
safely.
 Observation of equipment for any leakages, malfunctioning, defects, abnormal sounds
and damages etc during daily field rounds and report to the same to panel engineer.
 Responsible for maintaining housekeeping regularly at the respective work places.
 To communicate and follow instructions of the shift in-charge to carry out duties
efficiently and safely.
 Instruct and communicate with the next shift operator about completed work, pending
work, load changes, equipment parts changes etc. as per the situation and
requirements.

Kg/Cm2, temp 540°with single drum natural circulation IR-CFBC boiler and Turbine of
make Siemens 3X36MW single cylinder four extraction single exhaust air cooled-
condenser.

 Carrying out the start-up, shut-down activities as well as the emergency activities of
the plant in safe manner from the control room if needed through field.
 Monitoring of the running parameters and maintaining them according to the
requirements for the safe operation of the plant.
 Maintaining the daily log-sheet.
 Co-ordinate with the field operator and MMD, to Perform the functions of
troubleshooting and breakdown/preventive/corrective maintenance for reducing
downtime to minimum.
 Other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
