    With the drastic changes in our weather and climate nowadays, it is no longer new to anyone that
    disasters and calamities occur almost unpredictably in all parts of the country. Damages of
    properties or in worse cases, loss of lives have been reported as effects of these phenomena.

    A school, being a place where students devote most of their time away from their respective
    homes, has to always prioritize underscoring the safety and security of our students towards any
    disaster and calamity.

    Thus, Cesar E. Vergara Memorial High School sends you an invitation to join us in our
    participation to the annual Simultaneous Earthquake Drill conducted nationwide. We firmly
    believe that your knowledge and skill regarding fire safety and preparedness could be of big help
    to our students in case they happen to be in an emergency situation.
