Schedule A

To

STATEMENT OF WORK

Project Scope
This section covers in detailed the organizational and functional scope of implementation under
this Agreement, their prioritization, the business and location coverage and the geographical
phasing of the implementation.

Organization Scope

The purpose of this agreement is to procure services from RISE IT for SAP Implementation under
the scope of project for the following associate / affiliate companies of legal entity “XYZ
Medishop” only.

The implementation scope covers only the stated and defined offices and operations of ” XYZ
Medishop” businesses within territorial boundaries mentioned above and do not cover offices
and operations other than the ones mentioned.

The SAP Implementation being conducted by and the deliverables being prepared by RISE IT will
bring out the best options for XYZ , taking into consideration the above factors.

The following functionalities will be implemented.

expenditure.

HR PA

Technical Scope

The system will have two-instances, two centralized installation servicing one for GNRC Medi
Shop(Retail). The technical scope of the implementation includes the following:

 Recommendation on SAP system architecture and design


 Recommendation on Server sizing
 Installation of mySAP ERP software components
 Procedures for mySAP ERP database administration, including backup standards
 Provide information on bandwidth requirements for mySAP ERP applications
 Recommend setting up of technical transport management

Development and Interface Scope


CSPL will validate the developments, enhancements and interfaces identified in the blueprint
design phase and confirm all developments and interfaces based on the functionalities available
in mySAP ERP. CSPL will undertake the following tasks:

 The gap between the business requirement and availability of functionality in SAP will
determine the enhancements, developments, interface and reporting requirements. For any
interface between SAP and legacy system, CSPL will provide the format in which data is
required from legacy system.
 Study the structure of the legacy data structures and that of SAP to identify enhancement,
development, interface, and reporting requirements. As a standard practice, the IT team
members of the project team carry out the study of the structures of legacy data structures
to identify enhancement, development, interface, and reporting requirements.
 As far as possible, the Project Consultants would review the need for developments, and
such developments would be kept to the minimal possible extent.

 Development of customized reports (if required). Core team will try and keep it to minimum.
Few critical reports will be made available by 1st Mar, 2007.

 Documenting the specifications for development, reporting, interface and enhancement


requirements in SAP (Ex. Layout sets, user exists daily status reports, reconciliation
reports, etc.)
