    Unolit 48203 K4-5

    Unolit 48203 K4-5 is a wire rope lubricant that is used for primary lubrication and excellent protection
    conservation of the wire rope during production. Used for prevention of corrosion and wear against corrosion
    in steel-aluminium open-wire power lines (ACSR).

    Properties: ensures required safety
    Unolit 48203 K4-5 stays in the rope also at extreme high conductor temperatures of components
    (depending on rope construction and greasing, but at least up to the dropping point) and
    ensures sufficient friction between wire rope and clamps and fittings.

    Application:
    Unolit 48203 K4-5 is supplied in a pasty form. For processing the product has to be melted
    and to be brought into the wire rope according to the available technology. Recommended
    application temperature is about 120°C.

    200 l drum
    20 kg cardboard box

    Approved by RWE Energie AG. According to DIN 48203 Teil 11. It is a type B grease acc.
    to DIN EN 50326 and a type II grease acc. to IEC 61394.
