Economic Development

(Homework)
Our task was to interview some adults regarding the inflation that happened since 2018.
I interviewed, a clinic secretary that lives in.

-------------

This interview was quite long, so I decided to cut it short here and only placed the important
part here.

As seen in the interview, the inflation rate was so visible in the market especially
to moms who were always out there shopping for food to feed their families. The most
noticeable price change for them was the prices of the vegetables and rice. This is
because almost all people buy them in the market. The consumers are of course shocked
to hear the price change at first because of the inflation rate but became used to it
because there’s really nothing they can do about it. The inflation rate boomed in 2018 as
a result of President Duterte’s Build-Build-Build Project which was launched in order to
manimize traffic in Manila.
