Designation: Content Strategist

Role & Responsibilities:

 Perform competitive content reviews to benchmark content breadth, organization, and


presentation.
 Identify opportunities for repurposing, restructuring or revising existing content, and
identify resources for additional content needed

 Email content write-ups and strategy building.

 Brand awareness event Strategy and execution.

 Needs to have flair to understand GreyCampus products and services and so that the
same can be presented in a lucid manner across online and offline creative’s.

 Extract insights from data to prepare actionable content strategies.

We need your creative writing skills to help grow our brand. You’ll do this by writing and
creating valuable, targeted, and well-research content on our website, blog and other
content platforms

Designation: SEO Strategist

Role & Responsibilities:

 Strategizing regarding the digital platform.


 Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
 Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
 Generate, edit, publish and share engaging search engine friendly content daily (e.g.
original text, photos, videos and news).

 Performing SEO and web traffic metrics and also monitor it.
 Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure
brand consistency.
 Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor

like promotions and competitions.
 Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and
applications.
 Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s
social content.

Designation: Inside Sales Associate (ISA) - US

Responsibilities:

 Cold Calling
 Lead Generation in the assigned geography
 Following up on leads (Email/ Phone).

Required Skills:

 Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory


 Good E-Mail Etiquette
 Must be able to think on feet
 Convincing skills and a quick wit are advantageous

 Inside Sales or International Support experience will be added advantage
 Prefer candidates who can join us immediately.

Profile – III

Eligible Branches: MBA (Marketing) for 2020 Batch Students

Designation: Marketing Associate

Roles & Responsibilities:

 To deliver PPC campaigns via the most relevant and effective networks – based on
analysis, monitoring, review and active decision making (all in line with objectives
and budget).
 Report on key performance indicators and present effectively to senior management.
 Maintaining daily, weekly, monthly reports regarding the campaigns performance.
 Research constantly the latest tools and techniques in paid online marketing (such as
advanced “behavior based” targeting, and retargeting) and form a view on the
relevance of these to business objectives.
 Undertake smart buying decisions to ensure maximum ROI for a given online budget
spend.
 Use trending tools and similar approaches as part of an ongoing review of target/key
word relevancy.
 Work with Information Technology and Web Development teams to ensure there is
technical capability to deliver, capture and ensure success of key aspects – such as
landing pages, tracking codes and integration of analytics.

Key Competencies:

 Should have experience in using tools like Google Adwords, Bing Ads, Facebook ads,
Linkedin Ads, Google Analytics, Adroll etc.
 Should have understanding of HTML, CSS and web standards and their potential
impact on PPC performance.
 Should have good working knowledge in MS Excel.

Profile – IV

Eligible Branches: MBA for 2020 Batch Students

Designation: Associate Operations

Roles &Responsibilities:

 Interact with the customer and support them through Verbal &written
communication.
 Responsible for comprehending the requests received from the customer and
analyzing the email by providing the appropriate support.
 Responsible for carrying out operational activities on time, like scheduling and
conducting the classes from time to time.

 Maintaining and improving relationships with the clients.
 Service delivery planning and execution Revenue and expense reporting for the
assigned geography.
 Consolidation of workshop financials - handle independently.
 Liaising with all stakeholders, including interacting with professional trainers and
venue managers across the globe
 Manage clear communication and ability to articulate problems / issues to the client to
elicit solutions.
 Responding to and resolving customer queries and providing support via Chat/ Email/
Phone processes.
 Booking examinations with accrediting bodies for eligible customers.

Key Competencies:

 Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory
