    Tuhon Rommel Tortal is the nephew of Grandtuhon Leo Tortal Gaje Jr.

    He has had a lifelong


    immersion in the combat system of Pekiti-Tirsia Kali that his family evolved over a century of trial
    and error. Tuhon Rommel has been Chief Tactical Instructor for the Philippine Marine Force
    Recon Battalion, the Philippine National Police Academy, Philippine Special Action Force
    Commandos, and the Presidential Security Group of the Philippines amongst other elite units.
    Internationally he has trained Special Operations Units in India and Russia among other
    countries

    Guro Isagani Abon was born on October 18, 1978 in Malabon City, Philippines. Youngest of seven
    children, he is born to a family with a lineage of warriors with his father being a former professional
    boxer (and a gang member) who taught all his children boxing and how to fight and protect
    themselves and his grandfather a veteran of WWII, all of whom were also FMA Practitioners.

    He is a 1st generation student and Instructor of Rapido Realismo Kali International and PG
    Henry Espera. He is the 2nd highest ranking practitioner of RRK. He specializes in Edge Weapons
    and Hand to Hand Combatives. He played a large role in formalizing and designing the RRK
    Curriculum which includes sound and practical principles, techiniques, tactics, and drills specializing
    on Edge Weapons (Tagis Talim Program) and Hand To Hand (Pamuok Personal Protection
    Program).

    He strongly advocates the concept of a "martial mentality" in his teachings and believes in function
    rather than tradition and always seeks the combative value and street-application of FMA.
