Difference –
Embedding an object in the media item places a copy of the original object (Word

have some changed it never effects the Embedded Contents.
Linking to an object-
In Linking, when adding a media object adds a path to the original object, instead of
embedding a copy of the object in the database. When the original document/object
have some changed it directly effects the Linked Contents
