(Brief Description)
1.Roofs Titanium and Gold
classrooms are needed to be
   replaced because they were
not in good condition.
2.Ceilings Faculty and Principal’s office
   has rotten ceilings caused by
termites and drops of rain.
3.Wall Faculty and Principal’s office
has rotten walls caused by
termites and unexpected flood
   during rainy seasons. Every
wall of the classrooms requires
repainting.
4.Windows and Doors Most of the rooms require
repair on windows and doors
and replacement of damaged
  part. Repainting is also
requested. The door of the
faculty office needs to be
repaired or replaced
5.Chairs/Desks, Tables and Blackboards Grade 9 chairs are needed to

   be fixed and replaced the arms


of the chair with wood instead
of plastic. Additional tables and
chairs are made per request by
the advisers.
6.Comfort Rooms Most of the CR need to repaint
  the wall, add additional pails,
repair faucets and pipes.
7.Leaking Pipes The faucets and water pipes
in common sink and CR are
replaced, Aluminum and
  titanium rooms and common
sink area have clogged
drainage system.
8.School Grounds/Landscaping There is no existing school
garden for the mean time but
 the school has SSG garden –
add plants and flowers.
9.School signs Additional signages are
required like on the project of
 solid waste management and
school policy and other
signages stipulated in Deped
Order.
10. Alternative gates/ backdoor gates The alternate gate needs to be
 repainted.
11.Electric fans The school need to make few
rewiring to provide safety
  electric use. There is additional
electric fans given and few of
the existing fans are repaired.
12.Lightings Most of the rooms require
replacement of bulbs,
  malfunction switches, add
additional bulb sockets.

F. LESSONS LEARNED
1. This activity intensifies the sense of cooperation to have the will to uphold quality education
2. Planning is essential to the proper dissemination of every endeavor of the school such that it makes the activity smooth and
well taken care of.
3. It empowers individual especially the students to work for positive change. The willingness to give time and effort made a big
impact to the wide development and improvement of the school despite the ongoing challenges.
4. Respect to everyone is evident for positive results.
5. All of these, still the school continues to improve its physical attributes with accountability.

G. SUGGESTIONS TO STRENGTHEN BRIGADA ESKWELA PROJECT


1. Constant Monitoring of the reports to be submitted by the advisers to the BE coordinator.
2. Create a sub-committee to every task required for the proper monitoring and evaluation of the efforts shown or given by the
volunteers helps make the activity in less constrain.
3. Post evaluation is much appreciated so as to give recommendation and commendation to further enhance the ways in
strengthening the Brigada Eskwela Project.
4. Give recognition to the group of volunteers for rendering their time for their students.
