We will now impress, the technique to fall asleep�

Sleep Control is a mental technique, that you can use to enter a normal, natural,
physiologic sleep, anytime, anywhere, without the use of drugs or alcohol.

Whenever you need to use Sleep Control, first enter the basic plane level, with the
3 to1 method.

At level one, you visualize a white board.

Imagine a marker in one hand and an eraser in the other.

In a moment I will count from 1 to 3�

At the count of 3, you will visualize a white board, a marker in one hand and an
eraser in the other hand�

You will mentally draw a large circle on the chalkboard.

Then you will mentally draw a big X within the circle.

Proceed to erase the X from within the circle, starting at the center, and erasing
towards the inner edges of the circle.

be careful not to erase the circle in the least.

Once you have erased the X from within the circle, to the right and outside of the
circle, you will write the word �deeper.�

Every time you write the word �deeper,� you will enter a deeper level of the mind,
in the direction of normal, natural, healthy sleep.

Then you will write a big number 100 within the circle.

Proceed to erase the number 100, being careful not to erase the circle in the
least.,

Once the number 100 is erased, to the right and outside of the circle, go over the
word �deeper.�.

Every time you go over the word �deeper,� you will enter a deeper, healthier level
of the mind, in the direction of a normal, natural, healthy sleep.

You will continue by writing the number �99� within the circle, and erasing it in
the same manner, and then going over the word �deeper�,

and then 98. . . 97. . . and continue writing numbers, and going over the word
�deeper� on a descending scale, until you enter a normal, natural, healthy,
physiological sleep.

Whenever you enter sleep with the use of Sleep Control, and someone calls you, or
in case of danger, or in an emergency, you will open your eyes, and be wide awake,
feeling fine and healthy.

Whenever you enter sleep with the use of Sleep Control, you will awaken at your
customary time, or your programmed time. or you can remain asleep for as long as
you desire.
When you awaken, you will be wide awake, feeling fine and healthy. . . .

1� 2� 3� visualize a white board, a marker in your right hand, and an eraser in


your left hand.

At level one, you visualize a chalkboard.

Imagine a chalk in one hand and an eraser in the other.

You mentally draw a large circle on the chalkboard.

Then you mentally draw a big X within the circle.

Proceed to erase the X from within the circle, starting at the center, and erasing

Once the number 100 is erased, to the right and outside of the circle go over the
word �deeper.�

Every time you go over the word �deeper,� you enter a deeper, healthier level of
the mind, in the direction of a normal, natural, healthy sleep.

You will continue by writing the number �99� within the circle, and erasing it in
the same manner.

Then going over the word �deeper�,

Then 98, 97, 96, 95, 94 and so on. . . . until you hear my voice again saying�

Relax

Relax, and take a deep breath to relax even more.

Whenever you enter sleep with the use of Sleep Control, and someone calls you or in
case of danger, or in an emergency, you will open your eyes, and be wide awake,
feeling fine and healthy.

Whenever you enter sleep with the use of Sleep Control, you will awaken at your
customary time, or your programmed time, or you can remain asleep for as long as
you desire.

When you awaken you will be wide awake, feeling fine and healthy. . .

We will continue now with the Internal Clock Alarm.


You can use this mental technique, to practice awakening without an alarm clock.
This helps you strengthening your mental controls.

To use The Internal Clock Alarm, practice awakening without a physical alarm clock.

Enter the Basic Plane Level, with the three-to-one method, just before going to
sleep.

At level 1, visualize a clock.

Mentally set the time on the clock, to indicate the time, that you want to awaken,
and tell yourself mentally, �This is the time I want to awaken, and this is the
time, I am going to awaken.�

Stay at the Basic Plane Level and just go to sleep.

You will awaken at the time you desire, and will be wide awake, feeling fine and in
perfect health.

We will now impress the Awake Control Technique.

Like in many other Silva techniques, it is important to establish all steps needed.

In the Awake Control these steps are


1. State and recognize the problem state.
2. What is the desired state or outcome.
3. What action will you take.
4. Take action.
5. Confirm you have establish your outcome.

Use Awake Control for learning to remain awake longer.

Whenever you are drowsy, and you want to be wide awake, especially when you are
driving, pull to the side of the road, stop the engine, and enter the Basic Plane
Level with the three-to-one method. . .

At level 1, tell yourself, �I am drowsy and sleepy.


I don't want to be drowsy and sleepy.
I want to be wide awake, feeling fine and in perfect health.�
Then tell yourself, �I am going to count from one to five.
At the count of five, I will open my eyes, be wide awake, feeling fine and in
perfect health.
I will not be drowsy and sleepy.
I will be wide awake and feeling better than before.�
Count slowly: �One, . two, . three. . �
At the count of three remind yourself, �At the count of five, I will open my eyes,
be wide awake, feeling fine and in perfect health.�
Then count slowly to four. . then five. .
At the count of five and with your eyes open, tell yourself, �I am wide awake,
feeling fine and in perfect health, feeling better and better�.

In the next meditation we will impress the Dream Control, and Headache control
Techniques.

Dream control techniques:

Step 1: You will awaken during the night or in the morning, with a vivid
recollection of a dream.
Step 2: You will awaken several times during the night and in the morning, with a
vivid recollection of a dream.

Step 3: You will practice generating a dream, that you can remember, understand and
use for problem solving.

Headache Control Exercise

For tension headaches accompanied by mild pain, use one application.


for more severe pain, use two applications. Each five minutes apart from the
other.
For migraine headaches, accompanied by severe pain, use three applications. Each
five minutes apart from the other.

Doing medical treatment with Silva, should always be done in co-operation with a
physician.
If you experience no improvement or relief, you can be sure there is a physical
underlying cause.
