Procedure followed in the decision making process including channels of supervision and
accountability:-
Each item along with issued that require consideration shall be placed before the General Body of the
Mandal Praja Parishad for taking decision and the decision taken at the General Body shall be implemented
by the Mandal Parishad Development Officer, Mandal Praja Parishad as per Sec.161 and 167 of APPR
Act,1994
. Regarding other matter which does not requires the consideration of the General Body of the Mandal
Praja Parishad, the Mandal Parishad Development Officer shall take decision as per the rules and procedure
issued by the Government.

The norms set by it for the discharge of its furnctions:-
a) Office Function during the hours from 10.30 to 5.00 P.M. with lunch brake of 45 minutes from 1.00 P.M. to 2.00
P.M. on all working days.
b) Issues / Works relating to the public importance / interest will be completed as per the time schedule prescribed
under Citizen Charter.
c) Official business will be carried out as per the rules and provisions of Acts of the Government.
d) Business for the conduct of meetings of Grama Panchayats / Mandal Praja Parishad will be carried out as per the
rules issued in G.O.Ms.No.238, P.R.&R.D. Department, dated 31-3-1995.
