Basic Other Safety Requirements:

I. HSE Documentation

As per basic safety requirements site safety induction should be done before executing site activities for all site staff but unfortunately there is
no record available at site regarding this manner.

II. Job related Trainings

No job related trainings have been conducted at site yet for site staff.

III. Tool Box Talk

There is no practice of daily Tool Box talk at site.

IV. Monthly colour code system

It is found there is no colour code system have been applied yet for all kind of equipment and tools.

V. Emergency Rescue System

In case of emergency no certified ER Team or any mean of access has been assigned yet.

HSE OBSERVATIONS & RECOMMENDATIONS – YEAR 2020

Recommendations:
To meet all above mentioned basic HSE requirements it is compulsory to provide one designated HSE office with one PC ,printer and lamination
machine and other essential office utensils to create and maintain training material and safety signage. For emergency rescue we have to assign and
train competent persons from the site staff and assign of vehicle regarding this manner.
