TOR RULES (OCCUPATION):-

i. TOR/Holiday Homes will be allotted subject to availability only.

ii. Request for booking should be made in advance to the RD/JD (I/c) of the area in which
TOR/Holiday home is situated.
iii. Only those persons can stay for whom it has been booked.
iv. Guests shall enter the particulars in the register maintained by Security Guard/ In-charge of
Guest House while checking in and check out in the same register with date/time.
v. Tariff rates applicable are as under which may be revised from time to time.

a. ESIC Officer/Official/Pensioners - Rs. 50/- per day per person

b. Govt. Dept./PSUs - Rs. 100/- per day per person
c. Private sector - Rs. 150/- per day per person

vi. The above charges are only for accommodation. Food expenses will be charged extra on
actuals wherever such facility is available.
vii. Check out is from time to time.

Dos:-

i. Be courteous to the Guest House Staff. They are there to assist you.
ii. Take care of your valuable and belongings during stay.
iii. Please inform your in/out timings etc., to the Security Guard/In-charge of Guest House.
iv. Please switch off all electrical gadgets, water taps etc., while going out.
v. Take care of all possessions like. Furniture, electrical fitting, ACs/Coolers, TV sets etc., as it
is your own.
vi. Do register your complaints/suggestions if any in the register available for this purpose.
vii. Please ensure your bill/s is/are cleared before checking out.
viii. Keep your room and surrounding area neat and clean.

DON’Ts:-

i. Do not handover keys to unknown person.

ii. Do not argue with Guest House Staff.
iii. Do not litter waste/food articles around.
iv. Do not smoke, drink inside to avoid inconvenience to other guest.
v. Do not make too much noise which disturbs other guests.
