ORDER As per the Government Order read Ist above, Government ad revised the rate of cost of tender forms issued by Stationery Department with effect from 15-5-1999. -As per the Government Order read 2nd above, these rates were made applicable to all other Government Departments. 2. It came to the notice of the Government that in spite of the manifold increase in the cost of works and supplics since 1999, the cost of the tender forms had not been revised. 3. Government have examined the matter in detail and are pleased to revise the existing rates of cost of tender forms issued for the works and supplies of all department as follows with immediate effect. Particulars Works/supplies costing, Rs. 50,000 or less Works/suppiies costing above Rs. 50,000 and upto Rs. 10 fakhs Works/supplies costing more than Rs. 10 lakhs Cost of Tender Forms Original (Re) Rs. 3COHVAT@ 12.5% 2% of the cost of the work, rounded to the neatest muitiple of 100, subject to a minimum of Rs, 400 and maximum of Rs. ISOCHVAT @ 12.5% . 0.15% of the cost of the work, reunded to the nearest multiple of 100, subject to a maximum of Rs. 25,Q00+VAT @ 12.5% Ruplicate Fin, WSOFVATI@L 12.550 50% of the cost of the original. uppey rounded to the nearest multiple of Rs.10+VAT @ 125% 50% of the casi of the onginal, upp2r rounded to the nearest multiple of Rs.100+VAT @ 125% 4.
