    IV. BACKGROUND
    Republic Act 11032 or “The Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery
    Act of 2018” aims to reduce processing time, cut bureaucratic red tape, and also eliminate
    corrupt practices. PDEA came up with the RCS Online in compliance with R.A. 11032 to provide
    more improved systems and procedures to avoid delayed government transactions. PDEA also
    adopted simplified requirements and streamlined procedures to provide PDEA registered entities
    fast and efficient services.

    V. OBJECTIVE
    1. The primary objective of the seminar is to support the application of R.A. 11032, especially
    pertaining to the online submission of applications and electronic issuance of certificates &
    permits.
    2. It also aims to present the new systems of PDEA-CS to PDEA registered entities and provide
    updates on the PDEA regulatory enforcement of DD & CPECs.

    VI. LEARNING OUTCOMES


    Upon completion of this course, participants will be familiar with the RCS Online and
    knowledgeable with the legal mandates on DD/CPECs.
