Narrative Report in Virtual Meeting

SY 2020-2021

Kasiglahan Village Elementary School conducted the first virtual meeting via
google meet application with the title “The School Management Committee Meeting”
has been successful through the effort of our Principal Dr. Elizabeth B. Medina, Office-
in-Charge Dr. Gina M. Abriol and Mr. Roberto A. Boco, and school ICT coordinators.

The meeting was scheduled April 27, 2020 and supposed to be started at 1:00
pm but the volume of joining 200 participants and internet connections make it difficult.
The meeting formally started at 2:00 pm with the prayer lead by Mr. Micheal D.
Sabandeja and followed by checking of attendance by Mr. Christopher C. Llanera and
Ms. Kaycee P. Serrano and words of welcome by Mr. Roberto Boco. Dr. Gina M. Abriol
remind everyone for the meeting norms.

Principal Dr. Elizabeth B. Medina lead the main proper with the nine agenda and
agreements.

Agenda 1: Blue Rizal Baranggayan Bawat Bata Bumabasa or the BRB4 which
focuses on training volunteers specially the parents making them the first teachers of
the children. Also, the Home-based remediation program in reading and numeracy and
the Basa challenge. Agenda 2: Policies and directives relevant to Deped offices and
schools in view of public health emergency wherein the ICT equipment can be brought
home Subject to knowledge and approval of person in authority with gate pass issued to
be show to the guard on duty. All travel request will be disapproved. Agenda 3:
Checking of forms will be after ECQ and teachers are not required to go to school for
this concern.

Agenda 4: Realignment and adjustment of ESIP/AIP, school heads must be


hands on crafting ESIP/AIP and not as sole responsibility of teachers. No copy pastes.
No need for SBM room and no need to print documents for SBM. Agenda 5: School
Summer Activities, there will be no summer activities since we don’t have non-reader
pupils. Only E-copies of IPCRF and MOV’s. LAC sessions will be held online.
Agenda 6: Management of Enrollment, Class Organization is recommended.
Agenda 7: Prospects on Learning Delivery and Learning Resources, MISOSA will be
implemented, physical and virtual classrooms shall be made available during the
opening of classes. Agenda 8: Administrative Concerns. All pupils are to be enroll via
online except for transferees that may need physical interactions. Agenda 9: Finance
Concerns, School MOOE will prioritize making of learners’ materials and school
improvement outcomes. An Agenda 10 is added for other matters.
The Presentation of synthesis and agreements was lead by Mrs. Chezka V.
Villarey followed by the closing words and adjournment by Mr. Sonny V. Matias and
Closing prayer by Mr. Christian Kenneth A. Maranga. The meeting ended before 5:00
pm earlier than expected.
