1 Monthly:
1. Check for cleanliness in the compartment and remove dust if necessary
2. Clean filters of the air conditioner and outdoor units if necessary.
3. Perform visual inspection of the filters in the compartment. In case of fouling, replace the
filter elements.
4. Check the tubing in the cabinet and the gas outlets and inlets if fittings become loose or
tubes are blocked
5. Check the gas flows (60-80 l/h) of the sampling line and the air. Adjust flows where
ecessary. If the flowfrom the sampling line is still too low after adjustment, check the
ceramics filter element in the heated probeand the gas pumps bellow. Replace if ecessary.
6. Check the heaters of the heated sampling lines which are coming from the stacks by
touching the surface. Thesurface temperature should be 40 to 60 ºC.
7. Check primary pressure of gas cylinder, order and replace if necessary

2. Semi-Anual:
1. Check the heating of the sampling probes and check if parts become loose, like bolts of
the connecting flange or the lock screw of the ceramic probe filter at the backside tighten
where necessary. Check if heated tube is correctly fixed to the probe.
2. Replace the converter cartridge of the NO2/NO.converters in NOx analyzer

3. Anual:
1. Check the silicon tubes of the condensate pumps (in the gas cooler). If they are leaky
replace the tubes.

Quarter:
inspection test:
- All monitored external lines and the proper triggering of the transmission devices, fire
event controls, and signal transmitters controlled via the lines
- Control and display devices
- Energy supplies including batteries
- The proper functioning of alarm, error and control functions in the control panel
- The relay of error and event messages
- Messages correspond to the message location and the system continues to meet the
requirementsof the safety concept. This might have changed due to construction measures
- Record the results.

Semi-annual:
- Inspection the list of items as per O&M Manual.

Annual:
Contents of the maintenance:
- Checking the batteries
- Checking each detector for proper functioning
- Replacing system components, e.g. detectors, if necessary, if they are no longer within the
operational range specified by the manufacturer or a specified running time has been
exceeded.
- Checking the control panel for the proper functioning of alarm, error and control functions,
- Checking adjustments and installation and repeat if necessary,
- Carry out a walk-through to check all cable connections and devices for safety, damage
and sufficient protection
- Functional test of fire alarm control panel

00PUR PM is availble 1M, 12M

Monthly:
Visual inspection of control cabinet and test stations:
- White LED on cabinet door indicate AC supply ok.
- Green LED on cabinet door indicate DC supply ok
- Check rectifier current output, voltage and note them in a logbook.
- Measure pipeline On potentials using existing reference electrodes (with portable
voltmeter).

Annual:
- Measure manually with a portable digital multimeter/ clamp amp meter system voltage and
current output.
- Measure pipeline On/Off potentials using existing reference electrodes (with portable
voltmeter).
- Measure potential differences between permanently installed reference electrodes and a
portable reference electrode. The difference shall not be more than +/- 30mV, local soil
variations may extend the limits and shall be determined case by case.
- Compare the values with values in the logbook.
- Adjust rectifier current output so pipeline off potentials are between -850 mV and -1150
mV vs Cu/CuSO4.
