Working as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer since Oct’14 in Business Continuity and DR team, Information Risk
Management and Data Security team with the following duties:
· Simulation of disaster manually to test the DR plan, recovery SOPs, RTO, RPO and infrastructure
readiness.
· Create AIR log after every BCP exercise and create a remediation plan to improve the readiness for an
actual DR.
· Report BCP and DR test results to the senior management.
· Provide Business Continuity Planning documentation and training to all employees having a need to
understand the Business Continuity Planning process.
· Perform periodic reviews and tests of established Business Continuity Plans and procedures, reporting
findings to management and making recommendations for improvements as needed.

Cisco ISE:
· Log monitoring of wired and wireless connections.
· Checking authorization and policies for users connected.
· Adding MAC address for authentication to network.
Operational Responsibilities:
· Acting as the conduit between the Manager and team members in Pune.
· Report the knowledge acquisition status to the project transition team and take sign off from the customer
on the SOPs, documents and weekly status reports prepared after the KA sessions.
· Have daily calls with the client SMEs and discuss the transition progress and present plans to achieve the
planned date for transition.

· Work with vendors, internal teams to identify root causes of P1 and report the RCA to the customer and
management.
· Respond to all notifications of unplanned service interruptions from customer as well as internal team to
engage resources and ensure there is minimal impact to the infrastructure.
· Daily tasks included – Work allocation, Queue management, Incident Management, Shift, Roaster and
Absence management.
Technical Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible to protect the customer infrastructure from SPAM, Malware or other threats by e-mail
security management on Proof Point and also working on RSA User Authentication Manager for token
management and token despatch.
‘Information Security’ is a practice of defending information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, disruption
and modification. Hence my primary task was User Security Administration and Assessment on various platforms
and internal applications of the bank that were used by the Wellsfargo customers and the employees at the
Wellsfargo bank.
· Some of the vital applications/ platforms on which user administration was performed are Active directory,
RACF, RSA User Authentication Manager, Keon Boks, Cisco ISE – identity management.
· Other tasks included mentoring and training any new team member who join helping them from on
boarding formalities to getting in sync with the daily work process.
· Monitor user ID and access control management activities and report reviews.
· Review, perform risk assessment and approve user requests as per the security policy and company
standards.
· Assist in information security incidents, investigation and reporting.
Worked in U.K (on-site) for 3 months as an SME for transition of Level 1 and Level 2 of a new project for IBM:
· Post transition trained a team of 13 members and made sure that the process goes live as per the time
frame set by the customer.

· Performed various tasks in the current role from incident coordination to working with service manager to
make sure that there are no service interruptions.
· Other responsibilities included Installation and troubleshooting issues related to software using remote
desktop connection. Configuring the Microsoft outlook with personal exchange mailbox, group mailbox of
similar and different domains. Troubleshooting issues related Microsoft outlook like PST’S, Calendars, out
of office assistant.
