OF NOTE: This course has been designed to reflect how Hyatt will ensure colleague hygiene, safety and wellbeing. You will
find several slides that will require you to customize the content to reflect local laws specific to your location.

.
You are responsible to update this deck and content as needed to reflect and communicate local laws specific to your
location.

Note Regarding Franchised Hotels: Please note that this guidance is directed at all Hyatt branded and affiliated
hotels, whether franchised or subject to Hyatt’s management services. By providing these materials, Hyatt does not intend to
control franchisees’ employment practices or to assume responsibility for the supervision or management of franchised hotels
or their colleagues. To the degree any of the guidance directs or controls the employment practices of a hotel, that guidance is
solely intended for hotels where Hyatt provides management services. Franchisees and third party management companies,
however, are welcome to adopt that guidance for their own use.

Required Materials
 Pens  Flip charts

 Paper  Markers

 Post-it notes  Masks and gloves

Room Set
Select a room or environment that can accommodate the number of participants while practicing required social distancing
protocols. Use social distancing protocols to inform the best seating for facilitation. The facilitator should role model proper use
of a face mask or other required PPE in your location. It is strongly recommended that you have hand sanitizer readily
available at the entrance and exit of the space you decide to use.

Course Goals

As colleagues return to work after a period of time during which hotel operations were reduced or suspended due to COVID-19,
we need to help them understand the new environment in which they will be working. It is crucial that we extend care to our
colleagues during this uncertain time: Those coming back must feel secure and safe in their workplace so they can focus on
caring for our guests.

Outcomes
 Colleagues understand how to protect themselves and others through hygiene and proper equipment.

 Colleagues feel comfortable and competent in creating a safer environment through their behaviors.

 Colleagues feel comfortable prioritizing their wellbeing during this time
