    Description

    Equipment parameters
    1. Equipment weight: ≤ 6000kg, ground bearing s500kg / m2
    2. 6900mm (L) × 4600mm (W) × 1800mm (H)
    3. Working voltage: 220V, 50Hz, rated power about 15kw.
    4. Compressed air: 0.5-0.7mpa service flow: About 300L / min
    5. Operating environment: temperature 10-35 ℃, humidity 5-35% HR
    5. Production efficiency: 35-45pcs / min first month running , 50-60pcs/min after testing, symmetrical accuracy: ± 0.1mm

    Device functions
    1. Automatic counting can effectively control production efficiency and production progress.
    2. Frequency conversion control, which can adjust the operation speed of the equipment according to the actual needs
    3. The equipment has a high degree of automation and low requirements for operators.
    4. Modular and humanized design and maintenance are convenient.

    Process flow:
    After unwinding, the whole roll of cloth is combined by roller. The cloth is pulled and unwinded by mechanical folding and nose
    strip. After cutting at a fixed length, it is led into the wrapped cloth. The two sides are welded to the seal by ultrasonic welding, and
    then sealed laterally by ultrasonic. The cloth is cut and formed by cutter.

    3．Payment terms： T/T60% for deposit；another 40% pay before loading；
    4．Dispatch Time：20 days after receiving the Deposit；
    TERMS OF WARRANY : Specified machine has 2 years warranty after the delivery as fully
    operational.Malfunctions that may occur due to interventions are out
    of warranty. The seller is not responsible for any production losses
    caused by machine stopping due to failure.
