FINAL DEMONSTRATION LESSON PLAN

IN ENGLISH 9

January 21, 2015

I. Objectives:
At the end of the period, the students are expected to:

a. determine the relevance and truthfulness of the idea presented


in the pictures;
b. relate text content to particular social issues, concerns or
disposition in real life; and
c. use the active and passive voice correctly

II. Subject Matter

 RECALLING KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE PLOT

Teacher conducts a contest as sort of activity-review about plot.

Questions:

1. These are the people who take part in the action of the story
2. This refers to the place where the story will happen
3. This part introduces the problem in the story
4. It is the most interesting part of the story
5. It is where the problem is solved or changed.
6. This is the first part of the plot wherein in characters and setting
are introduced
7. The other term for the last part of the plot

C. Analysis

Teacher presents a graphic organizer about the story “A Raisin in

understanding about the story by presenting a quotation from the story and let students
share their own views by relating it in real life situation

Teacher shows again the summary of the story and let students examine the
sentence constructions used and then presents the active and passive voice utilizing
the summary of the story as the springboard of the grammar lesson.

Summary:

The rising action of the play reveals the pregnancy

Clybourne Park. Then, she hands the remaining money to
Walter to put it in a savings account for Beneatha’s medical
schooling. The rest of the money shall be put in a checking
account in Walter’s name. However, Walter intends to

Based from the pictures with the same group, teacher lets students to
create a role playing based from their interpretation of the pictures assigned to
them. 3 minutes will be given for the preparation and 2 minutes for the
presentation
