    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    I, Shelly Lim, President of TAHO Po! CORPORATION, a corporation incorporated


    under the laws of the Philippines, with its registered office at 7th Floor, Citibank Tower, Paseo
    de Roxas, Makati City, by virtue of Board Resolution No. 1 dated January 8, 2008 has made,
    constituted and appointed, Jeno Sanchez, treasurer of the Corporation, to be the true and lawful
    Attorney-in-Fact and in its name, place and stead, to do, execute and perform the following
    specific acts:

    1. To mortgage the parcels of land in Kalayaan Islands, Spratlys with TCT No.
    123456789 particularly described;

    A parcel of land situated in Kalayaan Islands, Spratlys containing an area


    of Eighty Six Thousand (86,000) square meters, more or less. more or
    less; bounded on the North by the Kalayaan Hotels, on the South by
    Kalayaan Beach Resort, on the East by a vacant lot, and on the West by
    Pacific Ocean

    2. To sign any documents and contracts in connection with the mortgage of the above-
    mentioned parcels of land;

    As fully and effectively as corporation might do if personally present with full power of
    substitution and revocation and hereby confirming all that said representative shall lawfully do or
    cause to be done by virtue hereof.

    IN WITNESS HEREOF, I have signed this Special Power of Attorney this 9 th day of
    January 2008, at Makati City, Philippines.
