Region will constitute the regional TA/Coaching Team. Region
through FTAD manages and assigns coaches/TAPs to Schools
Divisions (Individual or Team - consideration is size of the
division)

the LAC Leaders for TA/Coaching.

Who may serve as LAC Leaders for LDM1?
They will provide guidance, and technical assistance to school heads as participants
in the LDM1, and monitor progress of the participants and coordinate with the
assigned coach.
What are the responsibilities of TAP/ coach?
1. Provide TA/coaching for the LAC through the LAC Leader
2. Directly provide individual TA/coaching when so requested by individual participants,
coordination with the LAC leader
3. Address concerns of participants, individually or as a LAC, through the LAC leader
4. Refer unaddressed concerns to the Coaching Team (through FTAD) for appropriate
action or refer the concerns to appropriate official or office for appropriate action.
5. Provide feedback to the LAC or individual members of the LAC through the LAC on the
results of the action taken on the concerns raised.
What expertise do we expect from
LDM1 coaches?
Working knowledge/Understanding of
- The Learning Delivery Modalities as defined in BE-LCP proposed policy
- Considerations and How to Choose which modality to adopt in a school
- Decision Tree Readiness Assessment and Planning for the implementation
- How TA can be arranged between SDO and School Heads
- How the LDM implementation can be monitored and evaluated for adjustment
and improvement
