    Supplying installing and commissioning of a complete system
    of Air condition system, ductwork, all piping, fittings and
    controls as herein specified and shown on plans. Price for
    system shall include all required equipment accessories, pipe
    sleeves & Escutcheons, Equipment identification, tools &
    spare parts, protective painting of all systems ...etc.

    2 Specification, drawings, and bill of quantities are


    complimentary and are to be taken together for complete
    interpretations of the work.
    3 In case of conflict between contract document, please refer to
    the engineer for clarification.

    4 Quantities, include in this bill of quantities is for guidance, the


    contractor shall check and verify all quantities.
    5 The contractor should include in his offer all required materials
    needed for optimum operation whatever or not mentioned in
    the bill of quantity.
    6 Responsibility of contractor is to ensure that all works are in
    conformity with international stated codes and local
    regulations.
    7 Contractor should include in his offer all equibment civil base
    ,builder works ,openings, Excavation, backfilling and
    firebariers materials.
    8 Item prices should include only the spare parts for electrical
    fueses and recommended spare parts within the first year
    operation except otherwise noted clearly in the BOQ
