The FCI admit card for Typist and Stenographer posts is out. Food Corporation of India or FCI is conducting a re-
cruitment drive for Junior Engineer (JE) Civil/Electrical/Mechanical, Steno Grade-II, Typist (Hindi), and Assistant
Grade-III (AG III) (General/Accounts/Technical/Depot). FCI Recruitment selection process is based on three stages i.e.
Pape-I, Paper-II, and Skill Test. The FCI had released a total of 4103 vacancies for various zones. We are expecting a
similar number of vacancies this year as well. If you are interested in making a career with Food Corporation of India

The FCI has released the admit card for the document verification stage. The admit card can be downloaded from
4th to 21st September 2020.

declared. Last year a total of 4,103 vacancies were released. It is expected that this year will see an increase in the

You can apply for the Food Corporation of India Exam through Online mode only. To apply for FCI 2020 exam, fol-

Step 2 - Now, register yourself through FCI’s Official website. Just make sure you use a valid email ID, which you
have to keep active until the final declaration of results.

Step 3 - Select the zone from where you want to apply and carefully fill the required details.

Step 4 - Upload the scanned photograph and signature as per requirements mentioned in the official notification.

FCI Recruitment 2020 Selection Process


Coming to the most important part after the application is the FCI Selection process. The FCI selects the candidates
on the basis of their performance in these 3 stages as mentioned below depending on the posts:

1. Phase I
2. Phase II
3. Skill Test
Let’s check one by one the details of each phase.

FCI Exam Pattern for Recruitment Phase I

o The Phase-I is an online test,and it is of Objective type (Multiple Choice Questions).


o The exam will be for a total of 100 marks.
o Each question will carry 1 mark.
o For every wrong answer, there will be a negative marking of (1/4) one-fourth.
o There will be no negative marking for the unanswered question.
o The marks obtained in Phase-I will not be considered in final merit ranking.

FCI Document verification


The Document Verification process was conducted in the month of February 2020. The 3rd round of verification was
to be conducted in July. The 3rd and final round of Document verification has now been shifted to the month of Au-
gust 2020. The Date and time for the Document Verification process of various regions are given below:

25th February 2020 to 28th February 2020 were given another chance to appear the Document verification on the
18th of July 2020. All the candidates whose Document verification was scheduled on the 18th of July were then ad-
