HR Context:
 Planning and process of recruitment management/staff and workers in the Organization.
 Monitor and follow up timely attendance and movement of personnel and report to the higher management.
 Monitor absence and leave schedule of the employee and report to the management for taken necessary action.
 Carryout manpower planning to forecast future demand and supply.
 Estimate, Justify, verify and finalize the workers as per the need of various department.
 Assist in job evaluation process & prepare job description for all workers, staffs and officers.
 Update human resource information system (HRIS) for new old and lefty workers and staffs.
 Fixing appropriate position and compensation as per job grade.
 Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
 Manage day to day HR administration as per HR standard.
 Maintain performance management system (PMS).
 Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover Monitor the implementation the factory
law, rules and buyer compliance guideline.
 Follow up with payroll, absence recording, and holiday recording systems.
 Monitor & guide to maintain the Disciplinary procedure as per law.
 Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind
separations
 Handle the Grievance issues.
 To promote healthy labor management practices.
 Deal with Performance Appraisal for increment and promotion on (KPI) based.
 Provide the information to the management for develop a strategic approach on Human Resource Development and ensure
the effective implementation of operational plan.
 Conducting with and advising management and supervise human resource issues; investigate human resource related
problems and make recommendations to the organization.
 Ensure the execution of criminal record checks fully in a timely effective manner.
 Providing HR advice and support to line managers and employees, explaining procedures and policies in a timely effective
manner.

 Coordinate with buyers & auditors firm to free audit procedure like information sharing, schedule, payment & conduct audit.
 Audit report analyzing, CAP preparation, follow up & submission.
 To ensure that all the compliance issues are being maintained in the floor continuously.
 Prepare factory for conducting different audit such as social/ethical/environmental/technical/ Security/QMS audit.
 To oversee that all rules & regulations of the company are made known to all the staffs & workers.
 Prepared & maintain the all policy & procedure as per buyers COC.
 Ensure company compliance with labor law and buyers requirement.
 Submit monthly report as analyzed.
 Any special assignment provide by the management.
 Prepare/updating policy/procedure/SOP/WI’s for compliance
 Maintain and renewal all necessary license/certificates/permits.
 Conducting internal compliance audit in regular basis based on internal checklist and follow- up/report to the management
 To ensure and implement buyers COC and requirement of applicable certification program/standard like WRAP, SEDEX, BSCI,
FLO-Fair trade, GOTS etc.
 Conducting training/awareness/counseling in regular basis to monitor the workers.
 Organize PC and EHS committee meeting.
 Conduct Various type of training, orientation & motivation program like new employees orientation, fire, EHS,
labor law, CoC, PPE, C-TPAT etc.
