HR Context:
Planning and process of recruitment management/staff and workers in the Organization.
Monitor and follow up timely attendance and movement of personnel and report to the higher management.
Monitor absence and leave schedule of the employee and report to the management for taken necessary action.
Carryout manpower planning to forecast future demand and supply.
Estimate, Justify, verify and finalize the workers as per the need of various department.
Assist in job evaluation process & prepare job description for all workers, staffs and officers.
Update human resource information system (HRIS) for new old and lefty workers and staffs.
Fixing appropriate position and compensation as per job grade.
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
Manage day to day HR administration as per HR standard.
