Sr. Officer – HR/IR since 15th October- 2020 to till date .

Job Responsibilities:-
Extensive experience in administration for HR activities like manpower planning, recruitment and selection,
organizing training & development programs and employees services.
Implement Long Term Settlement (Wage Agreement) with Unions.
Handle Union related issues like agreement with management and other grievances.
Hands on experience in General Administration activities, personnel management, Security management,
Transport management, corporate policy implementation and facilities management.
Depth in handling and maintaining healthy relationship with people for harmonious Industrial Relations among
management and workers through efficient administration and resolution of employees grievances.
Used to go for Shop Floor round to better understand workers difficulties if any and to make good cordial relation
with team.
Manage the Time Office Function i.e. Attendance System, accounting of leaves, processing of payroll & ensure
timely disbursement of salary & wages etc to all employees.
Monitoring and ensuring timely and proper processing of payments of contractors and parties supplying goods and
services to HR Department.
Ensure proper maintenance of employee related & statutory compliance related records on various provisions
under all labour laws. Viz. Factories Act, ESI Act, PF Act etc.
Planning and ensuring smooth conduct of various functions viz. New Year, Kaizen Award Function, Star performer,
SPOT performer, Employee satisfaction survey, birth Day celebration, Employees Farewell Functions, Inter

Handle all Administration related work of Dhodsar Plant a unit of Mayur Uniquoters Limited.
Payroll Process in Mayur Group on roll Employees.
Drafting, handling & responding to all official mails including confidential & secret letters.
Full Final settlement.
