Job Description:
Active Participation in Key Projects and Initiatives in Human Assets Management:
OKR/KRA/KPI Implementation and undertaking tasks around performance management
Assess training needs based on competencies for roles and apply them towards the training calendar
and monitor training programs.
Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling
managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending
changes.
Employee Engagement
Nurture a positive working environment
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and
preservation of human capital
Plan and implement the Employee Engagement calendar and coordinate towards making it a success
Benefits Management
Co-ordinate with insurance vendors for required data and inputs for timely renewals of various policies,
i.e. group Mediclaim, term insurance, and alike
Coordinate towards making various benefits available to employees, for e.g. Meal Vouchers,
Reimbursements, and alike
Implements employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing
benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing
of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; and

Handling 3 different Unions (Internal as well as External) at Site Level to make sure smooth
functioning of site operation.
To keep tracker of Labour License FDA Licence as well as MLWF/D.A.
STRATEGIC HR
Part of Corporate HR team managing organization wide initiatives like Organization restructuring,
Change management, Talent Management, Leadership Development& Performance management
systems.
Responsible for preparing various HR Dashboards, Business reports & trackers for top management,

FORM, 19 & 10C etc
Closely auditing Contractor compliances every fort night
Maintaining the statutory records such as AUDIT REGISTER, MASTAR ROLL, WAGES REGISTER, LEAVE
RECORDS, BONUS REGISTER, MATERNITY REGISTER etc.
