Sourcing and Recruitment
Sourcing, screening and recruiting candidates all along the hierarchical structure, right from executive level to senior management. Head Hunting. Coordinating with Recruitment agencies and Database providers. Conducting interviews. Preparing orientation schedule depending upon the category of the employees. Preparing appointment, confirmation letters and keeping record of employees on trainees or probation level.

Preparing the training schedules and organizing training programmes for the employees as per the

Target based recruitment, documentation, interviews, induction and coordination for training. Managing employee transfers and temporary placements to ensure minimum work strength in each branch. Grievance handling and keeping attrition rate under control along with managing all other HR related activities.
