False air sealing and solving process problems around all area was excuted

1. There was too much false air infiltration on vertical raw mill man holes area and sealed
by fabric filter as shown below.

2. Vertical raw mill inlet chute around triple gate areas there was enormous amount of false
air infiltration and all are solved except some areas which needs welding from
mechanical side.
3. There was big false air infiltration around bigger manholes of vertical raw mill and joint
areas of mill casings that sealed as shown below.

4. High amount of false air infiltration also found around vertical raw mill diverter area which
was sealed as shown below.
5. Around reject chute of vertical raw mill area the previous man hole was replaced by shut
off valve to minimize the false air infiltration as shown below.

6. At the top of vertical raw mill bag house false air infiltration sealing was done as shown
below.
7. False air infiltration sealing also done on cooler area manholes by wool as shown below.

8. There was material leakage at cement mill #1 discharge chute area and sealed as
shown below.
9. Through the coal bag house (L21BF10) chimney there was a coal powder leaving as a
result some damaged fabric filters (23 pcs) were replaced in three consecutive days, and
coal powder emission highly decreased as shown below.

10. As per the chines finding cement mill #1 specific charging for first and second
compartment is 25% and 29% as a result total weight of grinding media in first and
second chamber is 64ton & 150ton. This shows that the mill charged around 85% which
needs about 10% charging for each compartment.
