    Reason of Stoppage
    Cyclone – 5 cone jamming.

    Detail of stoppage
    Due to coating fall cyclone-5 cone get blocked with coating and material, this jamming will restrict
    the free passage of material through the cyclone cone and plant had to stoppage for the cleaning
    of blockage.

    Remedial Action ( In the scope of Production Department )


    Coating formation inside a cyclone is normal phenomena and it is building due to various reason related to
    quality of input material and some process conditions which are not 100% control in our hand. Best policy is
    to clean the cyclone timely, our normal procedure of cleaning of cyclone is yearly, due to changed market
    demand and financial conditions yearly shutdown was postponed to 1.5 year. We are planning to take
    shutdown in September 2012 and expecting to come out of this problem.
