ُّ Sukoon ْ ـit means there is no vowel sign in Arabic letter.

In English we use (the) ) before the
definite nouns but in Arabic we useَال
before the definite nouns
In this case we put dammah or fataha
or kasra in the end of the noun but we
can’t use a double vowel sign
