Ensure issue of PPE & compliance of the same. Take immediate corrective action when any unsafe action / unsafe condition are observed. Played active role during the monthly inspection, weekly inspection & daily inspection of various construction activities. Confirm that subcontractors are fulfilling their responsibilities in regards to safety requirements. When critical measures are required to correct unsafe activities or work conditions, suspend work. Prohibit the use of facilities until rectification is confirmed. Promote regular housekeeping at the highest standard. Provide assistance and support in any accident investigation. Identify and instruct / encourage subordinates to participate safety training. Course and direct supervision on permit to hot work welding cutting and heavy lifting.
