Long-Term Goals: Teachers who are dedicated to their profession and to improving the lives of students
will continually look for ways to grow and learn. The best way to ensure that learning is prioritized is to
create a long-term goal. Create one long term goal that is specific and measurable. Make sure to discuss

school. This gives my IS students a familiar face
that they can find support from when trying a new
activity at school. I will start offer extended support
for students who are interested in other school
clubs by going to those Zoom meetings with or in
substitute of the student in order to create Social
Stories for our IS students; with this goal, I am
hoping that this will not only boost the student’s
confidence in pursuing their interests, but as well
as open more doors and opportunities for our
students to integrate into school clubs, events, and
future social activities (ie. Spirit Week, fund raisers,
study sessions, school competitions, etc).

Aid & CPR class, and attend any other courses via
