Objective
Education
Coding Experience
I believe that I am the best candidate for this job because of my high aspirations and
enthusiasm for computers. I have already worked in a similar environment. Finally, I have the
awareness and dedication to conform and change with the rapidly changing technological world.
Computers have fascinated me since I was young. I have decided that a career or job path would
not only be the most logical, but one that I would enjoy waking up every Monday morning for. I
have already participated in Robotics at my high school for two years where I was taught how to
code in C and C++. I also was tasked with working alongside others to design a robot that was
effective at performing the desired tasks. The passion of working in robotics gave me the
initiative to learn Python and HTML in my own time. This resulted in my design of rudimentary
self-made programs. I enjoy working with the ever improving technology. The more difficult to
understand, the more motivated I am to figuring out how it works. Applying new coding
languages or learning old ones that become more useful with the latest advancements.
My long term career goals are to find my way into a senior position at a respectable
computer science job. Whether that be as a project manager, or working under one.
I aspire to achieve this position for an opportunity to expand my knowledge in the computer
science field. As advancements are made almost monthly within the computer industry and
major changes and new jobs are created yearly, it would be in my best interest to begin learning
how to incorporate new technology into my job. I also want an entry level job that will give me
the motivation to complete my planned degree.
The experience I would gain from this job would be able to either pursue this goal elsewhere, or
take a higher position within the company if an opening is made available. Also, if the
opportunity presents itself, I might attempt to start up my own business in the industry or at least
to be a shareholder in a small to medium sized tech company.
