    Uluwatu

    Bali is an island that is very popular as a place that has natural beauty and
    Temple
    extraordinary cultural amazing. Bali Island can also be referred to the island of
    thousand temples. Because the island has many temples which are very fascinating and
    very suitable to be a tourist destination. One of them is Pura Luhur Uluwatu. The
    tourists usually call Uluwatu Temple.

    Uluwatu is situated in the hills rock in the south island of Bali. It is located in
    Pecatu Village area, Kuta District, Badung regency. Pura Luhur Uluwatu is one of the
    most amazing of the many temples that exist on the Bali Island. The main attraction
    for tourists is a view of the temple is spectacular. Located in the northwest, the temple
    is perched on the tip of a very high rock cliffs and steep, with views of the sea under a
    blue net and hit the waves that produce foam-white froth that is very beautiful.
    According to history, chunks of rock at the temple are Metamorphose from Goddess
    Danu and Goddess of Water. This temple is also used to worship the holy priest that
    followed, namely Dang Hyang Nirartha, who came to Bali in late 1550 or about the
    16th century and end the holy journey with the moksa in this place. In the local
    language moksa is also called ngeluhur. That is why, the name of Pura Uluwatu.

    Before entering the temple, tourists are required to wear special clothing, the
    sarong and shawl. Sarong and a yellow shawl (selempot) symbolizing respect for the
    sanctity of the temple, as well as a binder implies bad intentions in life. Around the
    temple there are a bunch of monkeys. The monkeys are usually liked to nosy with
    taking all kinds of things that brought visitors. So be careful with the monkey when
    visiting Bali in Uluwatu Temple.

    The combination of the position of the temple which is located on high cliffs
    and jutting out toward the ocean, high waves, a meddling monkey, an attractive sunset
    and ceremony from local people in the temple to give more value to this object than
    the other object.
    Conclusion :

    Bali island known as the island of thousand temples. One of the most
    beautiful temple is Uluwatu temple which located in Pecatu area. In this temple, we
    can enjoy the sea view while visiting this temple. For that reason, many tourists
    visited this temple which came from other area of Indonesia and other country as
    well. So, when you come to Bali, you have to visit this beautiful place.
